How to stop worrying about what people think and embrace your imperfections.

When I think about how often, I worried about what others thought of me before I developed self-love and grew as a life coach, it still shocks me.

I cannot believe I let the perception of others affected how I showed up in this world, which blocked me from becoming the most authentic version of myself.

Do you worry what others think of you?

Let me let you in on a secret. When I was writing my first ever blog for this page, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to start blogging because I have always struggled with grammar. I was worried about how others would critic my work as my entire life I have had people be grammar police over everything I posted. I told myself I didn’t have the skills to be a blogger, yet it was something I knew would reach so many of you.

I remember sitting in my office with a spreadsheet opened, asking myself, " What needs to happen for me to do this”.

If I became vulnerable and opened my arms up to criticism and judgement. I knew if I did my best, and it came from my passionate self, then that is all that truly matters. If there were spelling mistakes, at least it's me showing the world I am not perfect, and that is ok. So, I did it and posted it for the whole world to see. I am so glad I did! As I know, I have not only helped people but also saved peoples lives from my content. Imagine if I let others stop me from making a massive impact.

We all have imperfections some more publicly obvious than others. Don’t let those things stop you from doing what you want to do. Just because you can't do certain things doesn’t make you less than anyone else, there are always ways around it.

The only approval you need is you.

Don’t let others judgement stop you from doing what makes you happy. You should seek approval from yourself not from others. If you are continually searching for others approval, you are blocking your inner guide, feeling empowered and worthy. You will never feel right within yourself and will never feel whole.

When you start to love your inner self, you begin to feel safe within who you are, there is no room for judgment. When you truly are happy within yourself, you will discover there is so much more to life then perfectionism and perception

Replace worry and old perceptions with confidence, clarity and courage.
