Healing





To heal you are compelled to giving yourself time to listen to your thoughts and your feelings. Revisiting the raw emotions that had an impact on you and what scars they left behind. Healing is a non-judgemental process of looking at all areas of your life, including a look at it from all aspects and views.

Creating healthy boundaries protect you from the things that are hurting you. Setting boundaries is a way of caring for myself. It doesn't make me mean, selfish, or uncaring (just) because I don't do things your way. I care about me, too. ? Christine Morgan


Healing also means understanding that everyone has their own version of the world from their past experiences and through their own lens will help understand things on a deeper level.

Letting go helps us to live in a more peaceful state of mind and helps restore our balance. It allows others to be responsible for themselves and us to take our hands off situations that do not belong to us. This frees us from unnecessary stress. – Melody Beattie

By giving yourself the time to heal, you are also positively impacting others around you. If you are a parent, you would see how our children are sponge-like, absorbing everything we say how our feelings are being expressed and our reactions with our interactions with them. To protect them from the wounds we are carrying, choose to heal. It is your responsibility to protect them from all the things that do not reflect your future. By choosing to heal you are choosing the life you and your children deserve to live


Healing also means having a voice to speak expressing how you are feeling and not being afraid of sharing your Story. We can say what we need to say. We can gently, but assertively, speak our mind.Melody Beattie

Healing can be done through any avenue; you choose the right method for you. As we all have different ways of healing. For me, meditation and self-development audiobooks ways that I have learned to heal.


There is no time like the present to start a healing journey, but there is no time limit on the healing process. Remember by starting the healing journey, you have done the hardest part to acknowledge and to understand what you need to do to grow.


Be gentle to yourself through this process and remember to listen to your feelings, do whatever it is you need to do to have a peaceful calming, supportive environment around you. Healing takes you aware from the present moment and that is ok, have a balance.


Give yourself time and then remind yourself of the present moment. Healing is a massive part of who we are and the person we want to be. A life filled with happy, peaceful, present fulfilled, moments.


This is a life everybody deserves to live in. Listen to the words you say and feel an honour them respect them and validate them. You deserve to heal.
