Change mindset on bills- Instead of seeing bills as a demand. See it as the need to pay for water to refuel your body or power and gas to have your showers and eat the foods you want to eat.

Set aside an hour each month for money planning/bills then keep living!

Write in it your thoughts, goals look into the past write out everything and cross them out as you go. Keep track and keep motivated.

Become an expert in your interests

Listen to the words people say. Try to listen without waiting to reply.
Learn to give the person you are listening to your full attention. Give them eye contact and take in every word they are saying. This will create great relationships and rapport.

6. Limit social media and pointless scrolling
Set a time limit on apps on your phone and stick to them.
Unfollow those who don’t make you feel inspired or happy.
Interact with content that is fulfilling
Social media is not your tool for acceptance, don’t look at the likes provided to you.

Prioritise your time to align with the things you want to make more time doing.
Make time for the things you say you don’t have time to do.

When someone looks at your body language are you presenting yourself in a way that you want to be portrayed.
Are you working towards the person you want to be? If not, how can you do better?
Are you happy if not how do you feel up your happiness bucket?
Do more of what makes you feel good everything will flow after that.

Write down each day an affirmation that resonates with you and remind yourself of it throughout your day. Give yourself tasks like smiling at a stranger or complimenting someone. Make yourself radiant so that energy rubs off on those who interact with you.
10. Take time to learn the art of meditation, make it into a routine and practice gratitude
Mediation is an art form. Investing time into apps like Headspace can help you understand the introduction of meditation. Meditation practised daily can help your overall wellbeing from your anxiety to your mindset and everything in between. Form a routine into meditation try and do it as often as you can. Learn and practice gratitude, the more gratitude you have the happier you will feel even when things don’t go your way. Focus only on goodwill lead you to a happier approach to life. Learn to be in the present in every moment.
11. Exercise
It doesn’t have to be an intense workout but every little bit counts. Allocate 30 minutes of your day for exercise. It doesn’t need to be a set time if you are busy. Park further away from your destination to walk, choose the stairs and not the elevator. Give your body the time to reset, process and breathe in the fresh air.
12. Be authentic unapologetically you
Do and wear and be whoever you want to be, seek validation in yourself. Look in the mirror and find the positives in your body image, remind yourself your individuality is important. What makes you, YOU are what separates you from everyone else. Embrace your imperfections and admire your traits. Smile, laugh, dance and be the best version of yourself every single day.
